HOW TO ORDER?
1. Contact me and give me the brief/description of your project through my email or other social media accounts found in the contact section of the website. (Provide references or examples if available to help reduce delivery time and the number of revisions needed.)2. Once we both agree on the terms and the commission is accepted, I will need at least 50% of the approved final price sent to my PayPal account to begin work.3. After I receive the payment, you will be queued, and I will inform you when I start working on your project.4. If you pay the full amount upfront, you will be given priority within the queue.5. Once I complete the project and you approve the final design, I will begin the delivery process and send you the files after I receive the final payment.Looking forward to working with you!


Terms and Conditions
Scope of Work:
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the artist, UTOMON, will create artwork for the client.Payment:
The Client shall pay the Artist a fee for the creation of the Artwork. The Commission Fee shall be determined by the Artist and agreed upon by the Client before the commencement of work. The Client shall pay the full fee or a non-refundable deposit fee of at least 50% of the Commission Fee once the Artist begins work. The remaining balance of the Commission Fee shall be paid in full before the Artist delivers the Artwork to the Client.Timeframe:
The Artist shall provide an estimated timeframe for the completion of the Artwork. The estimated timeframe shall be agreed upon by the Artist and the Client before the commencement of work. The Artist shall make every effort to complete the Artwork within the agreed-upon timeframe, but the timeframe is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.Ownership and Usage Rights:
Upon completion and full payment of the Commission Fee, the Client shall acquire personal usage rights to the Artwork. The Artist, UTOMON, retains full ownership and copyright of the Artwork, including the right to showcase it in their portfolio, website, or social media accounts. Transfer of ownership is only possible through prior discussion with the Artist, UTOMON, and is subject to an additional charge determined by the artist. Commercial use of the Artwork by the Client requires explicit agreement with the Artist.Approval and Revisions:
The Artist shall provide the Client with a preliminary sketch or concept of the Artwork for approval before beginning work. The Client shall have the opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions to the preliminary sketch or concept. The Artist shall make every effort to incorporate the Client's feedback and requests, but the Artist reserves the right to make artistic decisions and modifications to the Artwork.Cancellation and Refunds:
The Client is permitted to cancel the commission at any point, with the refund amount contingent on the Artwork's progress. The refund amount will exclude the non-refundable 50% deposit. The Artist shall retain ownership and copyright to any unfinished Artwork.Priority:
Once the Artist accepts the commission, the Client shall be queued. The Client shall be given higher priority if they pay the full Commission Fee from the beginning.Exploitation:
The Artist, UTOMON, reserves the right to decline further work if they feel exploited.Liability:
The Artist, UTOMON, shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business, or any other consequential damages arising out of the creation or use of the Artwork. The Client assumes all liability for the use of the Artwork.Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Artist resides. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which the Artist resides.Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Artist, UTOMON, and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. This Agreement may not be modified except in writing and signed by both parties.By accepting this commission, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

It will depend on the scope of the project. Generally, most projects can be completed in 1-3 weeks.What is your payment process?
We can do full payment upfront, partial payment (50% non-refundable deposit and the rest after the artwork is completed.) We can only accept payment through PayPal.Can I request a refund?
Certainly, with the exception of the 50% non-refundable deposit, a refund of up to 100% is possible based on the progress of the artwork.What information do you need to get started?
The more details, the better. Send as much information as you can so that I can tailor your artwork exactly as what you have envisioned.Some examples can be:
- Character appearance
- Complex background (Yes/No)
- Type of angle
- Style preference (Anime or Semi-realistic, etc.)Ideally, you can send reference images for more accurate depiction.Do you offer revisions?
Yes, I can do up to 3 minor revisions. Any more than that will acquire additional fee.What happens if I'm not happy with the final piece?
Unfortunately, once the final piece has been delivered, refunds are no longer possible. However, I am committed to addressing any concerns by making necessary adjustments and tweaks to enhance your satisfaction, though a complete overhaul may not be feasible at this stage. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.Will I have any ownership of the artwork?
